IndividualiTeesTM Butt Kicking Clause
We know you've probably never heard of a "Butt-Kicking Clause"
before, so we thought it best to explain. Simply put, the IndividualiTeesTM Butt-Kicking Clause states: "IndividualiTees LLC, its employees, officers,
sponsors, supporters and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable
in any way if a customer gets their butt kicked by wearing a t-shirt or
displaying a product that was imprinted by and obtained from the company.
Customer assumes all risks associated with designing and wearing and/or
displaying any design, slogan or message submitted to and subsquently printed
by IndividualiTees, LLC and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IndividualiTees
LLC, its employees, officers, sponsors, supporters and affiliates in the
event that the customer gets their butt kicked as a result of said product."
Basically, if you design a shirt, we print it, you wear it and subsquently
get your butt kicked--you can't blame us, sue us or hold us responsible.
So design at your own risk.
Remember, with design and expression possibilities come great responsibility.
