The Entire Process
So, ready to place an order? Here's a breakdown of the entire process:
1. Submit your order
Choose your shirt style, color and compile the quanitities to be ordered for each size. (Be sure to double-check this information prior to submitting it to us to ensure the accuracy of your group's order.)

Let us know what design you'd like to have imprinted on your t-shirts. Include the color(s), placement (front or back) and size (full size or left chest). Also include some information about your group/organization, the event or purpose for the shirts and some additional information that will give us a general "feel" for both your group and where/when you're going to be wearing the shirts. This will help us when creating your design.

You can submit your order a couple of different ways--a) visit the Group Order section and complete the Online Group Order Form, or b) fax your compiled order to us at (706) 431-9007. To ensure the accuracy of orders placed, we do not accept orders by phone.
All orders must be submitted in writing.

Once your order is received in our offices, we will process it and contact you to present an invoice for confirmation. Please review all aspects of the order and remit payment to indicate your approval. Orders will not be processed until payment in full has been received. Accepted forms of payments: cash (on-site only) Mastercard, Visa, Discover, local checks (on-site only)
2. Design
We use the information you provide to create a unique design for your custom-imprinted t-shirts and post the completed Design Proof online for your review and approval. (Click here for a Sample Design Proof.) In some cases, we may provide you with a couple of different versions to choose from, based on what type of design you're looking for and if you've provided instructions as to whether or not we have some creative llicense with the design process. If we provide you with multiple design proof options, you may only choose one design to either approve or request modifications. And be sure you proofread all text within the design since we'll be printing from the proof that you approve.

For Group Orders, only the designated contact person/liaison for the group is authorized to approve designs or submit modifications. You may forward the design link to others in your group or committee for their input, but we will only accept instructions regarding the order and design from the official person on record. Once we receive your design approval, we'll schedule your shirts for printing.
3. Printing & Delivery
Once your shirts are printed, we inspect them, steam, fold, package them and label them with the size. The order is then prepared for shipping or pickup. Once your shirts are delivered, be sure you keep an eye on them. T-shirts have a mysterious way of disappearing, so don't get "jacked". (See Tips for details.)
